In June 2001, The Bakery opened at 816 E. Broadway, downtown Columbia, Missouri, offering full-flavored artisan and whole-grain breads, homemade soups, specialty sandwiches and pastries.
In 2008, we moved a few blocks to our current location, 10 Hitt Street.

We have two neighbors who share the Hittsville building: Hitt Records and Ragtag Cinema.

Our hours:

Counter and Kitchen: Monday–Saturday 7am–7pm

Bar: Monday–Thursday 5pm–12am; Friday–Saturday 4pm–1am; Sunday noon–midnight
